The company was founded in August 1990. A group of like-minded circuit board professionals, with a tenacious belief, the spirit of continuous exploration and development, set up the headquarters "Bannsan Industrial Co., Ltd." in Hong Kong, and set up circuit board factories in Hong Kong and Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Later due to development needs, the factory moved to Yuanzhou Town (formerly Jiutan Town), Boluo County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province in November 1996, and the "Boluo County Jiutan Bannsan Circuit Board Factory" was established. By 2015, due to government policy regulations, "Boluo County Jiutan Bannsan Circuit Board Factory" was transformed and upgraded to "Bannsan Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.".

The products are exported to Europe, the United States, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia and other parts of the world
